Brian Ajhar is an award winning illustrator and character designer with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with many clients including magazines, advertising agencies, corporate and book publishers. His children’s book’s have been published worldwide in many languages and he is a New York Times best seller. He also taught classes in illustration and character design at Syracuse University since 1996.

Brian Ajhar has been a teacher at F.I.T. in NYC, The University of Arts in Philadelphia and the University, of Hartford in Connecticut where he received the distinguished Koopman Chair Award for the visual arts. One of the many fascinating things about Brian Ajhar is that he has been in the industry before the internet as we know it was available to us. His early learning experience in the hustle of getting clients the real hard way allowed him to adapt and excel in the internet era where everything has become more difficult.
